Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns, but only if we (the seller) are at fault. This includes manufacturing defects, incorrect description or incorrect item. As each item is made to order, at this time we are unable to offer a blanket return policy.

This belt is awful. No quality control because the holes are different sizes. The belt just fits the buckle but the holes are too small and don't work. Since it's "hand made" it can't be returned and it can't be exchanged for a bigger size. The seller did offer for me to send it back for the holes to be fixed. Worst part is the belt has gone up in price since I bought it! This is not worth $120!

Lovely craftsmanship and looked better than the photos. Super excited to use it this year and add some pictures to the review. Already ordered my next item from their shop and it won't be my last.
